PHASE 1

STRATEGY & PROTOTYPING

The business of recovering stolen and unclaimed estate assets is complicated and not easy to understand.   The assets are high value and in some cases priceless. Potential clients may not know where to start, they may not even know they have a rightful claim to these assets.

Mondex required a website that would educate visitors on the reclamation process, how to identify a claim, and present its services in a clear and simple fashion.  At the same time it wanted to showcase the high value assets it has helped customers aquire including artwork by Monet, Renoir, and Degas.

An art gallery approach was our perfect vehicle to create an atmosphere of fine art, education, and serene simplicity.   Visdually stimulating, crisp and clean lines, and brimming with research and client case studies.

PHASE 2

Mondex came to us with a strong sense of identity, but no formal logo, positioning or style cues.  A big part of the website development was creation of a visual identity for both the company and the new website.  Digital Diner produced a number of design concepts to explore the new branding and give Mondex options to consider and choose from including color paletes, type styles, and images.

PHASE 3

NAVIGATION, PAGES, & FUNCTIONALITY

A short menu with mimal navigation options and plenty of links to explanations and FAQs leads un-educated purposefully through the reclamation process and Mondex's services. Case studies showing famous works or art and actual clients who have reclaimed millions in valuables illustrates the company's increadible efforts and results and how the process can be engaged.  Responsive design techniques were also used to ensure the website looks as good on a mobile phone as it does on a large screen desktop - this element was crucial due to the highly visual nature of the site.
